Todd started his career as a Data Scientist working for Sierra Trading Post. He worked there for over a little over 7 years. Todd completed his M.S. in Applied Statistics and a B.A. in Economics at the University of Northern Colorado. After spending the day sorting through data issues, writing SQL, taming data and fitting models in R, Todd comes home to his loving Wife and children. Todd built the first Multi Channel Statistical Attribution Model that has been used to allocate Sales across STP's different marketing channels. The large amount of data built for this model allows for many other questions to be answered. In addition to Attribution Modeling, Todd's research interests include Reproducible Research, Missing Data, Logistic Regression and Issues Related to Big Data.
